Roche-Jagu Castle and Park
Heading slightly inland, you’ll discover the Château de la Roche-Jagu, a fortress built in the XVe century, and its medieval-inspired park.
Pontrieux, the “little Venice” of Trégor
Following the river Trieux, you’ll arrive in Pontrieux, a charming village with 50 wash-houses and a small marina.
Le Passeur and le Vapeur du Trieux
Cruise the Trieux river and estuary, classified Natura 2000, on the “passeur du Trieux” boat, and enjoy a guided tour from Loguivy-de-la-Mer to Pontrieux: Amazing view from Lézardrieux bridge, lock crossing, Château de la Roche-Jagu, Lighthouse Route… In season, you can combine the “Passeur du Trieux” with the “Vapeur du Trieux”, on which you can relive the charms of yesteryear on board a steam train, pulled by a listed locomotive. It takes you along one of France’s most bucolic railways, along the Trieux estuary. *

The Talbert furrow
A geological curiosity, the Sillon de Talbert is a 3 km-long stroll along a stone carpet that juts out into the sea. You can take advantage of this walk to go fishing on foot and observe the many birds that nest on the sillon.
Strolls through Brittany’s towns and villages
The Côtes-d’Armor is home to some magnificent towns and villages full of character to visit from our mobile home rentals in Plougrescant. In Tréguier, admire half-timbered houses and the superb Saint-Tugdual cathedral. In Dinan, immerse yourself in a medieval atmosphere with its ramparts and picturesque port. Pontrieux, nicknamed the “Little Venice of the Trégor”, captivates with its colorful washhouses lining the river. Each town boasts an authentic heritage, ideal for discovery-filled strolls.
A day in Paimpol
Don’t miss Paimpol, a small port city, without stopping off at your campsite in Côtes-d’Armor. Famous for its Festival des Chants de marins et Musique des Mers du Monde, this little town is also worth a visit for its narrow old streets, its beautiful privateers’ and shipowners’ residences, its pretty boutiques and painting galleries…
Just outside Paimpol, Beauport Abbey, founded in 1202, bears witness to eight centuries of history. Facing the sea, this historic site will not leave you indifferent.
The wild beauty of Bréhat Island
Theisland of Bréhat, nicknamed “l’île aux fleurs” (the island of flowers), is a real natural jewel to be explored from our cabins for hikers in Côtes-d’Armor. Accessible in just a few minutes by boat from Paimpol, it can be discovered on foot or by bike, with no cars to disturb the tranquility. With its turquoise waters, wild moors and flowering gardens, it’s a complete change of scenery. Don’t miss the Peacock lighthouse, perched on pink granite rocks, offering an exceptional panorama of the ocean.
Le Gouffre de Plougrescant
The Gouffre de Plougrescant is an impressive natural site, where waves crash forcefully between huge granite boulders. The famous house between the rocks, the Castel Meur house, is the emblem of this wild landscape. It’s an ideal place for a coastal hike, around the famous GR34 Sentier des douaniers, offering spectacular views of the sea and unspoilt nature. A fascinating place, where Brittany reveals all its power and authenticity.
Breton botanical gardens in Côtes-d’Armor
The Côtes-d’Armor region is home to some sumptuous botanical gardens, true havens of peace for nature lovers. In Pleumeur-Bodou, the Jardin Exotique unveils plants from the four corners of the globe. In La Roche-Jagu, the castle gardens combine medieval terraces and orchards on the banks of the Trieux River.
